Order form record booklet

To enter any official class, a record booklet is required. This booklet will only be used to control the eligibility of a team in the class entered.

Please fill in the following form. You will then receive all necessary information via e-mail!

For members of the association Dogdance International e.V. the booklet is free. For all other handlers it costs a one off fee of 5 Euros (for booklet and postage).

Allow a minimum of 4 weeks for the ordering process, creation of the booklet and postage! We therefore recommend to order your record booklet well in advance of your first entry in an official clas!

Orders without membership

If you would like to only order a record booklet, without being or becoming a member of Dogdance International e.V. a one-off fee of 5 Euros applies.

Please await further informations for the payment of your record booklet(s). You will receive an e-mail with all necessary informations!

Privacy notice
I hereby agree that data about my person are collected. I know, that these data will be used for competitions and administration purposes of Dogdance International e.V.
My name, the name of my dog and my nationality can be published for organisation matters, startlists and results and therefore also be submitted to third parties.
The data will neither be used nor submittet for promotions.
In general the privacy regulations of the country in which the competition is held will apply.
For the administration of the data collected in Dogdance International e.V. the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) applies.
