Liebe Mitglieder,
wir möchten euch in der Zukunft regelmäßig auf dem Laufenden halten, woran wir derzeit und in den folgenden Wochen arbeiten.
Wir möchten damit ein transparenter Vorstand sein, der im Sinne seiner Mitglieder agiert.
Aktuelle Agenda:
- Organisation der Vorstandsübergabe
- Aktualisieren der Website und Erstellen neuer Kontaktdaten
- Einsetzen von Hilfspersonen zur Unterstützung der Vorstandsarbeit
- Ausarbeitung der Mitgliederversammlung 2019 und 2020 (wird schnellstmöglich veröffentlicht!)
- Einarbeitung in unser Verwaltungs- Programm NetXP
- Aktualisierung der Mitgliederdaten
- Vorbereitung der Online- Mitgliederbefragungen (optimistisch angestrebter Start ab 01.04.2019)
- Einarbeitung in das zukünftige Forum für Mitglieder
- Vorbereitung der Abbuchung der Mitgliederbeiträge/ Zahlungserinnerungen
- Erstellen von DDI- Anerkennungen für das OEC Team Germany und anschließend alle zukünftigen OEC Teams, die der DDI stellt
- Bildung einer Arbeitsgruppe „Satzungsänderung“
- Bilder einer Arbeitsgruppe „Kooperationsarbeit“
- Ausbau und Aktualisierung unserer Sponsorenkooperationen
- Erstellen neuen Werbematerials
- Neuverteilung bzw. Umverteilung der aktuellen Aufgaben innerhalb und außerhalb des geschäftsführenden Vorstandes,
inklusive möglichst zeitnaher Veröffentlichung der spezifischen Aufgaben auf der Website
- Ausarbeitung eines Konzeptes für regionale Versammlungen und Trainingstreffen (ab 2020)
- Sammlung weiterer Ideen zur Optmimierung unserer Arbeitsprozesse und unseres Alltagsgeschäftes
- Kooperationsverhandlungen mit deutschen Dogdance Verbänden haben begonnen.
- Aufbau eines Newsletterteams
- Neugestaltung der Facebook- Seite
- Umstrukturierung der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

Wir sind wirklich bemüht schnellstmöglich alle dringenden Tätigkeiten neben dem Alltagsgeschäft abzuarbeiten.
Wenn ihr Ideen für uns habt, schreibt uns gerne eine Mail oder ruft uns an. Wir möchten gerne noch mehr Mitglieder in unsere Vereinsarbeit einbinden,
deshalb meldet euch auch gerne, wenn ihr Zeitkapazitäten habt und diese dem DDI e.V. Zur Verfügung stellen wollt!

Dear members,
we would like to keep you regularly up to date on what we are currently working on at the moment and in the following weeks.
We want to be a transparent executive board that acts in the interests of its members.
Current agenda:
- Organization of the executive board transfer
- Updating the website and creating new contact information
- Employing assistants to support the work of the Board
- Preparation of the general meeting 2019 and 2020 (will be published as soon as possible!)
- Training in our administration program NetXP
- Update of member data
- Preparation of online member surveys (optimistic start from 01.04.2019)
- Training in the future members forum
- Preparation of the debit of the membership fees / payment reminders
- Creating DDI recognitions for the OEC Team Germany and then all future OEC teams that the DDI provides
- Formation of a working group "change of statutes"
- Creating a working group "Cooperations"
- Expansion and updating of our sponsor cooperations
- Create new advertising material
- Redistribution of current tasks within and outside the Executive Board, including the timely publication of specific tasks on the website
- Development of a concept for regional discussion meetings and training meetings (from 2020)
- Collection of further ideas for optimizing our work processes and our everyday business
- Cooperation negotiations with German Dogdance associations have begun.
- Setting up a newsletters team
- Redesign of the Facebook page
- Restructuring of public relations

We are really trying to work through all urgent activities as quickly as possible in addition to our everyday business. If you have ideas for us, write us an email or call us.
We would like to involve even more members in our association work, so please feel free to contact us if you have time capacities and would like to provide them
